About unreasonable.org
"The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man." -- George Bernard Shaw
unreasonable.org is Tom Swiss's site for opinion, commentary, and news.
Partly it's his blog, partly it's an archive of things he's written and information he's collected in over 15 years of being active in net discussion forums of various types (USENET, mailing lists, Slashdot, etcetera).
And if you share some of his interests, it can also be your site too. Everyone can submit stories for us to consider, and add comments to stories here, subject to moderation; registered users can host blogs, and submit comments without initial review, as well as customize various features of the site.
We have an RSS feed (http://unreasonable.org/node/feed), so you can keep up with us through your favorite aggregator. You can even add our feed to personalized news sites like my.yahoo.com. Separate feeds are also available for specific categories.
